Our SiteKiosk NZ Internet kiosks and the entire infrastructure behind the SiteKiosk NZ network is incredibly robust, and we're pleased to say that we experience very few problems with our network. Any problems that do occur are brought to our attention automatically by our central montioring server. Essentially, if a Kiosk does not ‘check in’ with us for 15 mins, our techs are alerted to the issue by text message and email which allows us to get on top of the issue. In most cases, it's simply a stubborn ADSL modem which requires a restart.
